1 cup flour
2 T sugar
2 t baking powder
½ t salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 T oleo, melted
1 t vanilla
In large bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Preheat griddle, grease if necessary. Using ¼ cup batter for each, bake pancakes 3 – 5 minutes. Turn and bake other side.Makes about 8, about 125 calories each.
