9" unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
21 oz can cherry filling
1/2t vanilla
12 oz soft cream cheese
1c sour cream
1/2c sugar
Heat oven to 425. Prepare shell. Spread half of filling in bottom, set rest aside. Bake shell 15 min or until golden. Remove from oven. Reduce temp to 350. In small bowl, beat cheese with sugar, eggs & vanilla until smooth. Pour over hot cherry filling; bake 25 min. (Filling may be soft in center) Cool completely on wire rack. To serve, spoon sour cream around edge of pie. Fill center with filling.
