Meat Loaf from Mary Hendrix
1 can mushroom soup
1 egg
½ pound ground beef
½ cup sour cream
½ cup crushed herbed stuffing
Mix beef, egg, stuffing and ½ can of soup. Shape into loaf after adding sour cream. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
