Cream Puffs

1/2c boiling water
pinch of salt
1/4c oleo
2 eggs
1/2c flour

Heat water and oleo until oleo is melted. Add 1/2c flour all at once. Stir until dough forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add 1 egg, beat, let stand 5 min. Add 1 egg, beat again. Let stand 10 min. Drop on baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 40 min at 375. Test by removing one. If it does not sink, it is done.
