½ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup honey
1 ½ t oil
1/t lemon juice
4 chicken breasts
6 slices bacon
1 can mushroom
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 t parsley flakes
Mix top 4 ingredients to make a marinade. Marinade breasts for 2 hours. Cook bacon in pan and remove to drain. Brown chicken in bacon grease. Place chicken in rectangular dish. Cover with reserved marinade, mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and cheeses. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes to melt cheese. Top with parsley before serving.
